The Sky Gypsy Coffee Shop and Galaxy Cinema are operated by the Sky Gypsies aerotrekking club in Rodeo, New Mexico. It is the world's only fly-in coffee shop and cinema and is located just off the main runway of the Amigos Del Cielo airport. Our customers fly in from around the Southwest U.S., hangar their planes at one of our four multi-plane hangars (50 ultralight plane capacity) and frequently overnight at the Sky Gypsies complex.
The coffee shop has a board game room, an internet cafè, an outdoor karaoke deck, a cinema and a library. It is designed to feed and entertain pilots on foul weather days while flying in the most beautiful aerotrekking environment in America.
